1. Definitions
- "Bioqubiit Autozen LLP" refers to the firm incorporated under provisions of Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 with an object to provide automation services across the world or India.
- “We” refers to the designated partners cum managing partners, who responsible to manage all the affairs of the company as per the object mentioned in our LLP agreement.
- "You" or "User" refers to the individual or entity accessing information or using our services or website.
- "Services" refers to the automation services provided by Bioqubiit Autozen LLP or us.

Bioqubiit Autozen LLP provides automation solutions, including:
- Workflow Automation
- Industrial Automation
- Cloud-based Automation
- AI Integration for Automation
- Consultancy and Custom Solutions
- IT and Security Automation
- Sales and Marketing Automation
- Data and Analytics Automation
3. Use of Services
By using our services, you agree to comply with the following:
- You have authorization in case of services availed by the corporate entity to access and to use our services.
- You will not misuse our services or disrupt the functionality of the firm website.
- You agree to provide accurate/actual, current, and complete information of company or entity as necessary to access/avail our services.
4. Account Registration
You must need to create an account to access certain features as well as deep information of our services. (if required) You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your own account credentials, and are liable for any mis-conducted or data manipulation of any wrong information inserted while creation of a user account.
5. Payment Terms
- Payments: All the tariff payments are varying according to the services or products selected by the users and amount will be due according to the products and services and the same is schedule outlined in your service agreement or invoice. All the payments shall be processed via third-party gateways or bank transfer.
- Currency: Payments for services will generally be made in Indian Rupees (for Indian Users) and USD (for foreign Users) unless otherwise agreed any other currency in the contract or service agreement.
- Late Payments: Please refer Invoice and/or Service Agreement for late payments and delay payment charges. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services agreement anytime, if the payment is continuously delayed beyond 30 days.
6. Refund Policy
- Eligibility for Refund: Refunds will only be considered if the client is dissatisfied with the services provided and has communicated dissatisfaction within 30 Days of receiving the service.
- Conditions for Refund: Refund requests must be made in writing to info@bioqubiitautozen.io with a detailed explanation. Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances of the agreement and the services provided.
- Refund Method: Refunds, if approved, will be made via the same method used for the original payment. The amount refunded may be subject to administrative fees.
7. Service Termination
- By Bioqubiit Autozen LLP: We may suspend or terminate access to our services if we determine that you have violated any of the Terms and Conditions, including failure to pay for services or breach of our intellectual property rights. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.
- By the Client: Either party may terminate this Service Agreement with [X] days’ written notice. In the event the Client terminates the agreement early, all outstanding payments shall become due immediately. Any applicable refunds will be determined in accordance with the refund policy outlined in this agreement.
8. Force Majeure
Bioqubiit Autozen LLP shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, acts of government or regulatory authorities, or other events of force majeure.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of the project. Neither party shall disclose such information to any third party without the prior written consent of the disclosing party, except where disclosure is required by law, regulation, or court order.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and services provided by Bioqubiit Autozen LLP are the exclusive intellectual property of the company and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or otherwise use any such materials without the prior written consent of Bioqubiit Autozen LLP.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Bioqubiit Autozen LLP harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of your use of the services provided, including claims brought by third parties.
12. Data Protection
Bioqubiit Autozen LLP is committed to safeguarding your privacy and processing your personal data in compliance with applicable data protection laws. For detailed information on how we collect, use, store, and protect your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy*.
13. Compliance with Laws
Both parties agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws, regulations, and standards in the performance of this Agreement, including but not limited to data protection laws, export control regulations, and any relevant industry-specific requirements.
14. Non-Solicitation
During the term of this Agreement and for 3 months thereafter, neither party shall directly or indirectly solicit or hire employees, contractors, or consultants of the other party without prior written consent.
15. Third-Party Contractors
Bioqubiit Autozen LLP may engage third-party contractors or vendors to assist with the delivery of services. By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to the use of such third parties. Bioqubiit Autozen LLP will remain responsible for the quality and completion of services provided by third-party contractors.
16. Transfer of Ownership
Upon full payment for the services rendered, the client shall obtain ownership of all final deliverables, including any associated intellectual property rights specifically created for the project. Bioqubiit Autozen LLP shall retain all rights, title, and interest in any pre-existing materials, proprietary tools, methodologies, or frameworks used in the course of providing the services, which are not expressly transferred to the client.
17. Limitation of Liability
Bioqubiit Autozen LLP will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service.
18. Amendments
Bioqubiit Autozen LLP reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be notified of any changes on this page. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
19. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, India.
